International delivery

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International (tracked & untracked) and DPD International. Costs are calculated at supplier rates based on destination and weight, with average delivery times of 3–5 days for Europe and 3–7 days for the rest of the world.

Dispatch & packaging

  • All goods are dispatched discreetly in a plain brown box with no indication of the contents.
  • In-stock items are dispatched within one working day (Mon–Fri).
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock we typically dispatch within 7 days and will email you with any delay.
  • Tracked & insured services will not be left on doorsteps or with neighbours — the courier holds the parcel for 5–7 days at the local depot if you're not in.

Postage on returns & re-dispatch

Postage is non-refundable regardless of reason. If a parcel is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, not collected from the depot, refused) and you'd like it re-dispatched, the original postage cost will apply again. See our returns page for the full policy.

Lost or damaged parcels

Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery. For tracked & insured services we'll handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf and re-dispatch or refund your order.
